Explanation needed & make it a good one

SILEX UPDATE PRESENTATION - 18th November 2014

Two Concentrating Photovoltaic (CPV) Dish Solar Power Stations built and operated:

1. Mildura, Australia (~1.5MW, 40 dishes) opened in July 2013

• Solar Systems is exploring additional options to further develop the site and other potential sites in Australia

1. Nofa Resort, Saudi Arabia (~1MW, 28 dishes) completed in April 2014*

• Saudi Arabia is a key emerging market with plans to invest heavily in solar energy - $US109 billion program to help replace domestic oil consumption

Mildura (Stage 2) - Victoria, Australia - ~100 MW - 2,000 Dishes
CANCELLED --------------------------- Is this why? 2,000 Dishes = 57+ MW?) According to Nofa Resort, above, (~1MW = 28 Dishes – Same technology, correct?) Therefore, Mildura (Stage 2) would need 2,800 dishes. Yet, even with 2,800 Dishes, output would only be ~80 MW (See performance optimization below).
