With all due respect but are you privy to the contract to know the obligations? This is something we don't know and it could have been amended in any case to reflect the new technology as Moosey believes eg lower output but significantly cheaper.
One thing I agree with you though and that is more information on where these products are at would be helpful. This includes an update on Translucent Inc latest developments.
