I can't really accept "dilution" as a factor in this case. At the end of the last financial year there were 208m shares in the market and the "book price" per share was 24 cents. The latest offer is 12m shares at 24 cents.
The only dilution that is really occuring is that if AAE start making lots of money, the value of your shares has been diluted. We can only attribute a maximum drop in value of about 5% because of this, or say 1 cent per share.
What I am failing to understand is why the share price has fallen so far this month given that they should be commissioning the Beatrice Biodiesel Plant about now ... so the question really remains.
