Has anyone tried giving Nathan or Theo a call about these court proceedings?
Just based on the respondents (Russell, Gino, Candice the ex-Accountant, and the BC Anthracite companies), and the fact they don't yet have legal representation, it appears to be an ex-parte application for breach of a non-compete clause.
Just on the face of it, I would imagine Atrum have a fairly strong case, I guess it might depend on just how "forcibly" Russell and Gino were removed from the company.
