Even if the 1.2 billion + transactions is complete hyperbole and it is only 10% of that figure (looking at Autozones Supply Chain I know it will be much more that 10% though), that's still 120 mil transactions.
Even at a 66% discount to 10c per transaction, that's 12 mil a year revenue in that contract alone.

IMO Ridiculous number for a 50c stock.
Of course implementation risk needs to be factored in and everyone makes up their own mind.
