Make sure your position is relative to your pain threshold if it drops 50%.
If it isnt then you were too highly leveraged in the stock..
All contruction projects have problems. LYC trades and probably will for a while, at a discount because of the sovereign risk. We can see now that this risk was justified.
A key element in all this is the the governement has said that the rare earth industry is not be avoided but it requires care.
U can see now why the Chinese started to cut their production and their quotas due to environmental concerns.
