Mate a 5 year old could ascertain the value of such a project if it got into production.
First thing you need to do is understand how they intend to raise the capital and look at projected earnings of the project, that will answer your statement.
When they hit production CLQ should be double the NPV used in the DFS IMO.
At that stage the company is completely de risked and earning capital.Cheers.
