Was just wondering what sort of dead line they give themselves before they feel they need to give the market some sort of communication regarding this delay.

At the end of the day, all of us got (inc P Smith with his "by year end" forecast) it wrong as we were talking up the strong chance of an approval coming through in September/October, on the back of 1/ the GIVE timeframe targets (6 months) 2/ Dr Reddy expertise 3/ the fact that it was "just" an approval for a generic product.

My uneducated guess would be some time in February... as I am somehow confident it will come through in the next few weeks... and that they wouldn't want to reach the 12 months point without explanation...
