The short answer is no, I don't understand the figure of US$81.2m revenue for 2012.
I agree with your resulting figures for both production and sales (ie c. US$100.4m and US$91.9m) so the understated revenue is perplexing.
I was not paying sufficient attention last year at this time due to a difficult family situation and, although I noticed the disparity with my own estimates, I did not follow up on it.
I suggest that, if we can find a conclusive answer, we post up the clarification.
