We really resonate with your comment in paragraph 3 " I guess you need to ..... and protect the family empire".
The question to consider may be ; who controls the money, is it really accountable to the minority shareholders, and why does the latest company published policy appear to seek to allow arms length transactions and undisclosed transactions. What are the current drivers of this policy?
The oil environment appears to be super-ceded by the financial environment and the boards discretion with money.
On the other hand ( slight of hand) the board member in charge of geology appears to be 'Well' remunerated.
Would anyone be interested in financing a homeless shelter for failed investors? Just 10 million please.
