If Roc lives up to promise CVN should be rushing to spend much cash elsewhere at all.
I don't yet get indication that good assets can be got below value, not if you take a moderate view on the recovery in poo, which imho is the only thing a prudent buyer would do. That other companies might trade below asset value does not indicate that you could actually buy the whole company below asset value, or that they would sell you their assets below value.
Maybe you can show me to be wrong and point to some transactions (or assets being offered) well below asset value.
