That's not really what I'm saying though. If these guys are really developing new kit, new streaming services and new platforms, who is actually doing the back-end stuff like actually developing/building the drone or working on the streaming platform.
Other than Bob Morrison and one guy who is a consultant, both IOT and OTT share the same 4 staff. Ian Duffell, the CFO Linda, Emma who answers the phones, and their content guy who presumably does all the spiffy announcements/releases/mockups of point of sale.
I get that there is management there and I also get what OTT platforms do. With that particular staff there isn't much meat on the bones at all. This is a publicly listed startup after all. Aswell as our mate Alex, would you not have a software engineer developing the OTT platform?

To be totally honest with you, I'm not entirely sure how the business is structured beyond management and the faces we have seen so far.
I would find it unlikely that xstream would licence AP region to them if there wasn't the capability to do it though, they have a lot more to lose at this stage if it goes belly up.
