Who may be the potential offloader? Everytime the SP hits .22c or .225c and looks like they have been taken up a seller reappears and proceeds to dump up to 300,000 in one hit. Then a substantial buyer appears takes his chunk and the process repeated. It would seem the price is being continually capped. Could someone give me an explanation of this amusing event or a reason why such orchestrated selling/buying occurs when the share appears to be gathering momentum.
