I often look at a growing buy side and wonder if it will translate into a higher share price. So far this looks like a lot of buyers willing to get into BOW if people are willing to sell to them at a discount.

It doesn't mean a higher offer is imminent, and it doesn't mean the share price will climb, at least not yet. It does mean there is a lot of support and a lot of interest in the stock. This could quickly translate into a surge in the share price if the people willing to buy at $1.45 think they won't be able to find a seller at that price.
