    In regards to the quote below, would financing have to wait for approval after the mining agreement gets passed in the National Assembly at the meeting? I am inclined to think so.

    "Discussions are underway for the mining agreement with Cam Iron, which should go to the National Assembly [Parliament] at the November meeting,"the official added.
