We were 60c last year with only 860 million shares on issue, and $104 million in the bank. The price drop lead up to the 43c issue price for the new shares which was too cheap meaning also the volume of shares required to raise funds for Daques was excessive. Dan, Daques, Daggers! Well that's one possible outcome of all this.
Sitting on the bank balance and bringing Federation and Peak Deeps on stream was a sure fire recipe for $1 S.P. All that work preceded Dan!!! So quite why 57c is a bonus target for him is beyond reasonableness, save it makes the 43 centers 33% profit. At some point I'll be leaving the company because I don't like it's ethos.
Now all that being said Federation has more than enough to kick us over the $1 mark. In the meantime the zones of over 100g/t at Peak Deeps are very close to the decline and enough to put us back into the 60s. We won't know if the delays at Peak Deeps were avoidable but they have been a real damper on the S. P. If Dan is worth tuppence, Dagues has to come in way over what it's guidance was stated as. That means we must get the top end or more than the 45-55 oz of guidance since the company has recognised efficiencies, and we must see immediate results of recognised exploration targets.
I'm prepared to wait cos I know what Federation and Peak Deep (and north) hold, but one final question: Are the mills sweating or is it Dan?
