Yes, it's undeniable that most explorers have cut their budgets but the annual expenditure across the globe is in the billions and at best the cuts are in the area of 20% to 25%. That still leaves heaps of work to be shared by only two viable players in the buoyancy space. Someone still has to do the work and it's certainly not game over..
