Same here mate, the issue is where the credits are supposed to go in the tax return (section T11). The ATO has previously reserved that particular section for tax offsets relating to special disabilities, and when they saw mine come through, they rang and said, "nobody really uses that section" and "we don't have any record of you being issue the exploration credits". The good news is, that they fixed in fairly quickly after I sent them the proof.
