I think you guys are micro-analysing this stock too much. It's pretty straight-forward. Management are trying to avoid excessive debt or dilution by proceeding at a moderate pace to allow development to be largely funded by early production. They can't help Opes Prime, they can't help the impatience of hyper-active speculator types who want windfall gains yesterday if possible. The sloshing of money from one side of the bathtub to the other lifts and dumps all small stocks regularly. The more level-headed investor-type can predict these patterns and buy when others are selling.

For what it's worth, I see there are more buyers than sellers today for the first time in weeks
