Those that are against excessive issue will have to decide what is excessive prior to casting their vote, dilution is a real threat.
Occupy streets movements are putting a point forward but achieve little but arrest. Does it need to end in revolution before change is made? The directors have a legal obligation to shareholders, and drug cartels are against the law too.
change does have to be made but I dont think I will be alive to see it in our capitalist countiries.
