I think you need to look through what is happening here to really appreciate the likely end game. We're not going to drop TAFTA simply because they released the sludge to refine in Thailand (somehow??) nor because they will allow us to start exploring some of our previously allocated SPLAs granted as far back in 2003. Given there is no direct guarantees (other than seeking to enforce the award itself) someone has to pay at least +$50M to strip back the existing pit plus pay for +4 years of lost revenue. All of these are mere incremental steps that are part of a well conceived plan yet to play out before our eyes. Patience will be rewarded one way or the other!!!!
