Curious oldfolk that you continue to hold out for some type of government guarantee including in the form of a loan. A restart/recapitalisation loan could indeed to be structured in such a manner that it was a nonrecourse debt on certain assets and not others. However, whilst this sounds interesting in theory I highly doubt the competence of the Thai Government to understand such a structured deal plus their tight fiscal constraints at present and it not likely providing the necessary "saving face" political optics so I put it in the too hard basket.
IMO the carefully crafted story is likely to play out in a slightly different manner.
