I think it depends on how long you want to stay invested in this. Cash received in a settlement will be instantly reflected in the share price. I fear that any assets in Thailand that KCN retains, whether by a JV or other, will be massively discounted by the market for a long time. Doesn’t mean they won’t be reflected in a few years time once profits start to flow but it will take a while. Good luck.
