exploration license

No public report / news about the court hearing .... very strange, this  set me thinking, IMO there´s one more probable outcome of the dispute .... DGEG will now assess whether Lusorecursos has or is not capable and feasible to move to an exploration license ....

I´m wondering what happens if Lusorecursos can´t convince the DGEG about their "capabilities" ...I´m no legal expert but it should be possible for NLI (especially with all their current file work) to file for a new exploration (or even better a mining) contract. More details about legal framework under in the chapter "legal framework"

I bet that NLI checked this possibility too ... so the expiration of the existing exploration contract may be a great chance for NLI for a new contract instead of a transfer of an extended exploration contract

The more I think about it the more I like this idea. IMO this may be even the better way ...
