I spoke to the company a few days ago and this is what I understand from the conversation.

In regards to the ELA's they are still waiting on the NT government to approve those tenaments that are over the water. There have been no problems with the process, it seems from the conversation that the government is just taking its time. As communicated to me it should be any time soon but it is out of the companies hands at present.

He also comunicated that they have planned to fast track the exploration once the approval comes through to make up time from the longer than expected approval process. This includes 24hr surveying and drilling.

As far as I am aware an offer has been submitted to the ALC in regards to the island tenaments and they hope to meet over the next month.
