I think that is a bit rough on the part of the NT government considering that GOT applied for their ELA's first. Seems a little descriminatory in my opinion but surely it also indicates they will grant the ELA's to GOT very soon. Governments, all I can do is shake my head, detatched from the real world.

Point is, GEMCO will probably just sit on their ELA's and GOT are all fired up and ready to go.
