Reporting to the Technical Director you will be responsible for the technical management of all exploration Programs, and the implementation and supervision all exploration activities. With 10 plus years experience in exploration and a strong technical background in gold preferably on Yilgarn Craton with very good people management skills and be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of current exploration practices. This role requires proven experience in budget preparation, design, implementation and management of exploration programs, as well as new project generation. As a good communicator, you will have a passion for being ?'hands on'', whilst being proficient at preparing Board presentations and drafting ASX releases.
