Gone through recent presentation and announcements can't seem to find an answer. Is the 70% concession by the Chilean government a exploration or an exploitation right?
If it is an exploration right how do companies traditionally transfer from an exploration right to an exploitation right and what stops the Chilean government from not granting TSO an exploitation right if an immense amount of gold is found, what stops it from favouring a domestic company instead and reaping the tax benefit? Thanks for clarifying my confusion.
