I just read the article in the AFR about gold price crossing $5000 AUD.
Across the bankers and brokers it seems their 2025 spot gold average starts at USD $3030/Oz but some going up to $3500/oz this year
Citi believe that Australian producers are valued as though gold is $1000 USD lower. I'd warrant we still carry an Explorer/Developer tag on our ear, just wait until this starts cooking.
Again, my horizon here expands easily to the end of the calendar year now, why leave a party before the guests arrive
