Speculation that the land package might host in excess of 4 million ounces at decent grade is tantalising even whilst excluding the possibility of a analogue to Fosterville's Swan Zone at depth (absolute blue sky scenario)
Assuming the company meets cost and production guidance the cash flow over the next 18 months should enable them to bring in more drill rigs on top of the one owned by the company currently and methodically expand resources/reserves to hopefully in the 1-2 million ounces range whilst ramping production up to 100k oz per annum. Under such a scenario a market cap in excess of $1B AUD could be warranted with POG remaining firm or even increasing, options offer significant leverage based on that scenario.
One of the highest potential, cheap, high grade and relatively derisked/non capex intensive gold stories I can find on the ASX at present.
