How does the exploration rebate help a junior exploration company attract cash in the first place, to then spend on exploration? The flow-through share scheme (now binned by Krudd, Schwann and member for Batman Martin Ferguson) would have encouraged folks to invest in exploration, thus raisiing much needed capital for the juniors. For K&S and Batty to bring in a rebate instead of flow-through shows that they have no understanding of the sector's need for funds. This government is rudderless!!!
