Is not the dillution and SP depreciation a direct action of the loss caused by SMM's claim?
Does the loss of income and SP depreciation not be calculated in the damages claim?
and as for morally speaking..... does SMM have morals??

FACT IS:
Axiom complied with and aquired all permits and access agreements and had a mining license issued and were ready to drill (Drill was onsite) untill SMM made its claims, (which were proven wrong in court). If it wasnt for them axiom would be a stock worth many many multiples from where it currently is.......

your right, there is a moral obligation from the party that caused the damage to compensate SH's and im sure this will be part of the damages claim

You're talking about SMM paying compensation. I'm talking about AVQ paying compensation to RM's dad. If he can do that for his dad, then why not us shareholders?
