I think Nihilism's post is highly useful information.
But it is NOT just NIMRODEL, it is same to many of southern africa's coal. eg: low quality, low profit margin, but huge amount of resource at cheap price.

average value is 3c per tonne, don't forget that this average value will go up when market become bully.
