No doubt JA gets caught out at times with what he says, but anything he says at conferences come with disclaimers.
I hope he keeps doing the conferences and keeping the market informed, even if he's informing the ideas at that moment in time.

The big problem for JA with Paris is the moving goal posts in regard to the resource and keeping eager investors informed. To make matters worse, he has had to decide what to do about any possible capital raising with potential catastophic financial problems for all equities in the world. Since May, the European train wreck is still there and more casualties are appearing not just in Greece.

The moving goal post at Paris show similiar unpredictability although these have been all good for IVR. The geologists model for the size of deposit and the type has changed almost monthly as new information comes to light. The latest info tells us that it may be a truly mammoth size near surface deposit and more drilling is required to determine what should be included in the first JORC.

JA obviously has seen that IVR need more cash to do all this important work and to carry out a bigger JORC or JORC's. In regard to 2400 m drilling away from Paris, IMO it's a great idea. Potentially Helen, and Alexander are arms in the same epithermal system with similiar deposits. If that is the case, I would have no problem with JA announcing a delay in a first JORC until at least 1st and 2nd pass drilling in these deposits.

A JORC is not a silver bullet that guarantees a higher SP, whereas success at Helen and or Alexander almost certainly will. A JORC will, though eventually help to get finance for the correct and right sized mill and other infrastructure. IMO IVR really needs to find out what is under Helen and Alexander and also find the outer limits to Paris before they start off conclusively down the JORC road.
