I agree with DF's view. As I said the other day, Potter has drawn the sword. If this deal doesn't go through (which would no doubt see him receive some ridiculous takeover bonus payout), he would lose his sell-out money, his job. Of course, his reputation is gone anyway. Just for your info, I have changed my mind over the course of the last few days, and have submitted a NO vote.
