If there's less than half a gram in that quartz vein at Marymia, there's hardly likely to be anything in the country rock around it, particularly when that is granite.
The only exciting thing in the announcement is the final line stating that the Ned's Creek RAB drilling programme is scheduled to commence on 20th October 2011.
This is the recently extended 21,000m RAB drilling programme over Lodestar's McDonald Well copper anomalies at Ned's Creek.
These copper anomalies lie directly along strike of Sipa Resources' Enigma copper prospect, within the same sequence of sedimentary rocks, apparently controlled by the same fault structures, and therefore present a very good target for the repetition or strike extension of Sipa's Enigma copper mineralisation.
It's only RAB drilling at this stage, but even with that, the similar intersection of green copper carbonate in the drill chips would provide immediate confirmation that similar minearalisaton was present on Lodestar's ground.
There was no actual announcement of the start of the RAB drilling on the 20th, but there's often a bit of slippage in moving a rig from one job to the next, so an announcement should come any day soon.
We live in hope..
