Exploration Update – RC Drill Rig available to drill new IP Targets
The directors of BMA Gold Limited (“BMA” “the Company”) are pleased to announce that an RC drill
rig has been identified to drill test the IP targets announced to the ASX on 1 July 2008 with drilling
programme scheduled to commence in September 2008. The recently completed Induced
Polarization (IP) electrical geophysical program covering a 5km by 2.5km area around the 309 gold
deposit at Twin Hills has clearly identified alteration associated with 309 and two strongly anomalous
zones that may indicate the presence of new centres of alteration and mineralization in close
proximity to the 309 deposit. In addition, a new zone of anomalism was identified 2km to the north of
309 coincident with a strong magnetic feature. Two of these new areas have had no drilling and
there has been limited drilling at the third. BMA intends to drill up to 8 RC holes to test these targets.
Figure 1 shows the area that has been tested and the location of the new targets in relation to the
309 deposit where past mining produced 77,000 tonnes of gold at approximately 10g/t. Resources at
the 309 deposit stand at 788,000 tonnes at 6.1 g/t for 155,000 ounces of gold at 2 g/t cut off.
Including the Lone Sister deposit that is 7 km to the south, gold resources at Twin Hills currently
stand at 275,000 ounces (see www.bmagold.com.au for Ore Resource Statement).
Yours sincerely,
BMA GOLD LIMITED
