    If you want unstable go to Nigeria. But despite all the kidnappings and the like not many are pulling out. Why? THere's too much black gold to be had. If Puntland comes with the goods very few will blink at the opportunity presented.

    I am hoping the oppies list around 5c. Many buyers at 1c will take the opportunity to sell and I will be topping up. Realistically I think they will list at 10c. all IMHO of course
