The company have tax credits due to their exploration. They don't have tax payable on income to offset it against so they are taking the alternative option and passing the tax credits on to the shareholders (ie us).
What it means is that we pay less tax this year by the amount on the form. Only a couple of hundred for me but better in my pocket than the govt.
