    NT gov are very keen to push mining/petroleum to Chinese and Japan, and also have a initiative called BFD (bringing foward discovery) (BFD) initiative is directly targeted towards assisting explorers on the road to discovery. Worth more to ERM at the moment but EXM still have plenty of targets
