One would believe that the Agency justifies Rio, BHP, FMG. Roy Hill and even VALE to form a Cabal to deal with the agency.
So really, if they apply it to coal, it should have little effect on Aussie coal as we do not sell to them. They are musing about buying some of our coal to avoid an energy crisis in predicted very cold winter and ensuing civil unrest. Any such supply would be the marginal production from our mines struggling to meet the demands of our existing customers and the predicted requirement to sell a bit of coal to WOKE Europe for their winter of discontent.
