    BB but in saying that the original directors have built the asset to where it is today, and without that vision TC would not be in there hands.

    Credit is due in that sense...

    And lastly I will hold further as I am patient as the way I like to invest, just like property mate, buy and hold and wait till the timing is right.

    Investing 101 you should buy the book it make a great read.
