Dejavoo, I lost a Cousin in the Box Flat explosion, he was part of a Rescue Team that went in to Fight a Fire.
Since then Mines Rescue are Paranoid about losing thier Own.
The Manager of PRC mentioned "Liability" and then did his best to retract it.
The Reality is that Mines Rescue are the Reserves in a Footy Game. Trained all week but not going to get a RUN.
The Reason "Liability".
The Father of Mines Rescue and I can't for the life of me think of his name (I think I can but would be embarassed to get it wrong) anyhow he is is from NSW and he Believes in this Window immediately after an Explsion when the Mine is Enert. There are no shortage of Miners who would Dare to Dash as Far as a BG174 would allow immediately after an explosion to get the best Data possible but Sadly Todays World is Ruled by Risk Assessments and by the Time all the Protocols have been achieved the Moment has Passed.
