This looks like an incident/accident caused by stupidity
in a country that is, sadly, in a complete mess. It was
a massive high explosive blast with a devastating
shock wave. The initial small explosion and fire
ensured there was a good number of people recording
the big blast.
Beirut, before 1975, was the place to be in the eastern
Mediterranean. Stupid wars, over stupid issues
just waste peoples lives.
