Why criticize it? MS tendered & won that deal?

They could tender and win a deal to supply crown lager and party hats but it doesn't mean they are doing their jobs.

Last time I checked we were a technology company that attempted to make and supply a new ballistic weapon in various guises not a company that supplies technicians kits this is a divergence from our goal which is to commercialize our technology. And I am vocal about managements lack of transparency in announcing what they consider to be a price sensitive deal. The deal itself is a farce considering the direction of our company and in my opinion was put out as price sensitive with this lack of clarity in an attempt to manipulate the share price, which they were successful in. If the kit was indeed a kit for training of technicians to work on MST technology specifically it would be a great leading announcement for future supply contracts for our weapons systems.

Moosey and I are both ex technicians the kit in question could be used for both purposes that we have suggested and indeed could be a training kit for a basic field technician from the armed forces to work on our gear and IED's. I agree with Moosey that it could be but I don't think it is it is, mainly because of some of the included items, some of the excluded items and the fact that it was a general procurement order not a specific technology based contract for peripheral equipment.

As for Kent's estimation of the price of the kit, I agree with CJSs rebuttal the microwave sensor alone is over US$500 and it is quite a comprehensive kit so the other items included would soon push up the price and then to add logistics mark up and the Schatz commission (US$220 per Kit) and you would certainly find the supply price of US$15,369 in range.

If you have anything to add to the debate other than the fact that you don't comment technically or financially but are just aggravated, then by all means do so, otherwise you are only having me clarify the ineptitude or deception that is apparent in the company's management. That's not a debate is it?

Now if MST management would like to release a statement saying that this is a combined kit for the training of field technicians for the definite acceptance of our technology Great then we are on a win, my bet is they wont.
