You will need to research the actual science,then look and see how many trials and how advanced the trials are.Mesoblast have advanced trials in major disease indications.Also you would need to look at the cost of these trials and who is funding them.In the case of Mesoblast they have partners funding and undertaking some of there trials.They have one partner JCR pharma actually marketing there product in Japan.The longer the trials go on for the greater chance of success and the fact that they have 5 phase 3 trials is a testament to that!
