I agree with you Yankee and at this stage we cannot really say say until results from the trials are verified and they get to go ahead with the production. One must also expect that with the amount of research and cost that goes into developing the product it is not going to be cheap and if Mesoblast has a proven product in the market before any one else they can virtually dictate prices.
In terms of Crohn's disease I am sure that they will continue with the development as as with all the other cures they are developing.
We are fortunate that they have not just one product but a number and will also continue research for other cures which can be financed by the revenue they get from their products on the market.
I have confidence in Mesoblast and while we may not be happy with the current prices, we just have to be patient.
