On that date - July 4 - India NRE Minerals lists on the ASX - floated by Gujarat the parent as a sisiter company.

Listing price = $0.50

GUJ is equal to, if not better that, India NRE, som IMO we will see GUJ trading in tandem with it

If it lists at a premium GUJ will attract a lot of attention
