Expoitation License, Where is it?

At the last quarterly released on the 29th July, 2016 the CEO made the following statement re the above!!!

IRONBARK has complied with "ALL" requests made and that the relevant documentation has been submitted relating to a MINING LICENSE.
This is an exciting time for the company and we REMAIN HOPEFUL that an Exploitation License Permit will be granted in the near future.
SO WHERE THE BLOODY HELL IS IT???
IRONBARK has complied now with ALL the required submissions even to the extent of submitting further documentation that was requested by the Greenland Government and still we sit here with no updates on just when this project is going to be given the go ahead in the form of an Exploitation License Permit?
There were rumours on HotCopper posts that the above would be granted in August this year, well August expires tomorrow and judging by our stagnant share price that is not going to happen!
Its time our CEO started updating his shareholders with more meaningful reports as having just looked back at his ASX announcements there are bugger all except for the compulsory quarterlies!
As you can tell from this post, I am becoming extremely frustrated with the seemingly lack of advancement in the Citronen Zinc Project
Timing is everything with the commodities market and unless our company and the Greenland Government extract their digits we could miss the boat?
