Sorry, I rate a pandemic on outcomes not some obscure system that neither you or I can understand. Actually, a pandemic is merely a geographical description of a diseases spread, not, as the media are portraying, a mortality issue. If you want to jump on the death mongering bandwagon for the sake of your stock then go for your life.
